The learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff is allowed to forthwith carry out the amendment to the Schedule to the above Chamber Summons. 2.

Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

The Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Plaintiff to add the name of the Respondents be added as party Defendants in the above Suit.

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Plaintiff to carry

ii.

Amendments to be carried out within a period of one week from today. iii.

A copy of the amended Plaint shall be served on the Advocates for the parties and the newly added Defendants.

iv.

The Defendants are at liberty to file the Additional Written Statements if any within a period of three weeks from today. v.
