When this petition was placed today for passing final orders, Mr.Rajiv Chavan learned senior counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation as also its officials, on instructions of the Deputy Municipal Commissioner (respondent no.2 to this petition) informs the court that the show cause notice dated 7th J.V.Salunke,P.S.

910-WPL.556.2019.doc January, 2019, purporting to blacklisting the petitioner, has been withdrawn.

Once the Municipal Corporation has decided to withdraw this show cause notice, then, the challenge thereto is purely academic.

In the light of the statement of Mr.Chavan, the writ petition is disposed of.
