P.C. :- Notice of Motion No. 430 of 2016 is filed by the plaintiff seeking a temporary injunction against the defendant from creating any third party rights in respect of the suit property. The Notice of Motion No. 675 of 2018 has been filed by the defendant seeking a modification of the order dated 10th September, 2014 passed by this Court in Notice of Motion No. 430 of 2016.

Today the learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the plaintiff as well as the defendant have stated before me that as far as these Motions are concerned, the parties have arrived at a consensus and have tendered before me the consent Minutes of Order dated 10th June, 2019. The Minutes of Order have been duly signed by the plaintiff through its Trustee as well as the Advocates for the plaintiff on the one hand and the authorized signatories of the defendant Society as well as the Advocates for the defendant on the other hand. The said consent of Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Both the Notice of Motions are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent Minutes of Order. (B.P.
