Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the Dy. Collector, Encroachment and Removal, Boriwali regarding the inclusion of name of the Petitioners in Annexure-II and decide their eligibility. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. 2.

In the event such representation is filed by the Petitioners within the period of four weeks from today, the Dy. Collector shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of 12 weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

It is made clear that we have not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
