Further to the order dated 20.01.2016, the counsel appearing for the petitioner states that they have received a copy of the company application. The counsel states that the relief as sought in prayer clauses (a) and (b) in company application Nos. 225 of 2013 and 226 of 2013 may be granted. Shraddha Talekar PA 1/2

7.ca.225.2015.cp.1085.2001=.doc In view of the above, company application No. 225 of 2013 is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as under : (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow/permit the respondent to reconstruct the contents of the said Consent Terms dated 5th July 2003 filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai in Company Petition No.1084 of 2001;

(b) That the Reconstructed Consent Terms be taken on record of the Hon'ble High Court in Company Petition No.1084 of 2001.

AND Company application No. 226 of 2013 is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as under : (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow/permit the respondent to reconstruct the contents of the said Consent Terms dated 5th July 2003 filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai in Company Petition No.1085 of 2001;

(b) That the Reconstructed Consent Terms be taken on record of the Hon'ble High Court in Company Petition No.1085 of 2001.

Ms.Aasifa Khan, Advocate appearing for the petitioner-company undertakes to file Vakalatnama within one week from today. The undertaking accepted.
