Counsel seeks liberty to challenge the adjudication order if they feel aggrieved by the said order. That liberty is always available to any party.

2/2 CA129.17-41 Mr.Aithe company prosecutor states despite repeated correspondence sent to the Sales Tax Authorities, they are not handing over the assets to the Official Liquidator. Sales Tax Authority is directed to hand over the assets within 4 weeks from today to the Official Liquidator Official Liquidator to forward a copy of this order to concerned Sales Tax Authority.
