In view of the fact that the Income Tax Authorities have made a claim of Rs.1.16 Crores under Section 144 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, for the assessment year 2012-13, the Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Company Application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when the demand of the Income Tax Authorities is either satisfied or set aside by the Competent Forum/ Court.
