I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and also the learned Company Prosecutor. It appears that though the applicant had lodged her claims as far back as on 7th October, 2005, her claim is not adjudicated upon by the Official Liquidator till date.

The learned Company Prosecutor states that the learned Official Liquidator has recently appointed a Chartered Accountant to adjudicate all the claims against the company in liquidation including the claim of the applicant. 3.

The Official Liquidator is directed to adjudicate the claim of the applicant within three weeks from today and convey the order passed by the Official Liquidator to the applicant simultaneously. The Official Liquidator shall also submit a report before this court for declaration of dividend expeditiously thereafter. Company application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
