Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that no relief is being sought by the applicants against the Official Liquidator in which the Official Liquidator is sought to be impleaded as party defendant in Civil Suit No.158 of 2012 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik. He submits that the Official Liquidator will be a formal party. The statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the company application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (1). The applicants are directed to serve all the papers 1/2

20-ca648-15 and proceedings and all the notices in future in the said proceedings upon the office of the Official Liquidator.
