The Interim Application is for leave to amend the Letters of Administration granted on 13th January 2021. It came to light thereafter that the deceased had 25% share in some lands and there were some other details that were also inadvertently missed out. 2.

The Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The amendment is to be carried out within one week from today without need of re-verification.
