The Consent Affidavit of the son of the deceased, Sunil Atmaram Sodah, affirmed in USA, is taken on record. 2.

The Interim Application is for leave to amend the Probate granted on 5th January 2021. It came to light thereafter that the deceased had 25% share in some lands and there were some other details that were also inadvertently missed out. 3.

The Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
