The disputes between parties pertain to the non payment of two purchase orders, namely, purchase order No.149 and 151, raised by the Respondent on the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that these purchase orders have since been paid, and there are no dues owed by the Respondent to the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for parties inform the Court that the matter is settled out of the Court. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition.
