1. This is a suit filed under Section 32B of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936. Both the plaintiffs are present today. They confirm the contents of the plaint. They have filed affidavits by way of evidence. Both these affidavits filed by plaintiff no.1 and plaintiff no.2 are dated 1 st April, 2021. Same are taken on record.

The plaintiffs were married on 3 rd February, 2005. The Certificate of Marriage has been issued true copy of which is annexed to the plaint at Exhibit 'A'. The plaintiffs have stated that they have been living separately from 1 st November, 2016. There are no issues from the marriage. They are, however, joint owners 1/2 23.ps=6-21.doc wadhwa

of the land situate at Aagwan Village, Taluka-Dhahanu, District Palghar more particularly described in Exhibit 'C'. They have arrived at a consensual arrangement in relation to the said property as set out in clauses 5 to 10 of the Consent Terms. They have confirmed the execution of these consent terms after reading its contents.

2. In view thereof, I pass the following order; (i) Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clause (a). The marriage between the plaintiffs solemnized on rd February, 2005 is hereby dissolved.

(ii) Suit is accordingly disposed.
