Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that since the order passed by the Dy. Registrar on 13th February, 2017 is appealable before the Joint Registrar, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. We, however direct the learned AGP to supply copy of the said order to the Petitioner within three days. With the aforesaid direction and liberty to challenge the said order before appropriate Forum the Petition is disposed of. 2.
