CORAM : S.C. GUPTE, J.
DATED : 27 MARCH, 2018 P.C. :
.
Learned AGP informs the Court that the concerned Officer hearing the appeal filed by the Petitioner in the present case, is presently pre-occupied with the budgetary session of the State Legislature. Learned AGP submits that the session ends tomorrow and, thereafter, the Officer will be available for hearing of the appeals. The Petitioner's appeal will be heard and finally disposed of within three weeks from today. Since this order redresses the Petitioner's grievance, the Petitioner does not press the petition. The petition is disposed of as not pressed. It is, however, clarified that all rights and contentions of the Petitioner are open, first to be agitated before the appellate authority, and if the order goes against the Petitioner, to be agitated before such Court or forum, as the Petitioner may deem fit.
