Shri Deshmukh undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.2 within one week from today. Undertaking accepted. Applicant had purchased Plot no.8, Government Industrial Estate, Phase II, Piparia, Silvasa, Union Territory of Dadra Nagar Haveli pursuant to an order dated 4th May 2016. (The said Plot). The counsel for respondent no.2 states that before applicant approached this Court, applicant should have at least made an application to respondent no.2 and Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

Shri Deshmukh states even today if applicant makes an application, the same will be considered and disposed in accordance with law. Shri Mehta states they will make an application to respondent no.2, as required, within two weeks. Respondent no.2 to consider the said application and dispose the same within two weeks of receiving the application.
