The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Disputes arose between the parties under a Partnership Agreement. On 8th May 2017, this Court appointed a sole arbitrator to decide these disputes. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter, and the matter proceeded before him.

After the original arbitral mandate ended, it was extended for twelve months by mutual consent of the parties. The extended arbitral mandate ended on 3rd March 2020.

The arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of cross examination of the Respondent's witness.

Having regard to these circumstances and by mutual consent of the parties, I am extending the arbitral mandate until 31st December 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings. 5.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
