Advocate for the petitioner made available the draft of the Judge's order along with affidavit of the petitioner affirmed on 31.10.2023, copy of the grant issued on 25.01.2023, copy of share certificate issued on 21.06.2021, copy of memorandum of understanding, copy of fixed deposit receipts.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the share of minors has been invested in the nationalized bank. I have gone through the said judges' Order along with receipt issued by the Bank namely Bank of India. Hence, it would be proper to direct the petitioner to deposit the receipt with Account Officer of this Court. Hence, suitable correction be made in the Judge's Order. Furthermore, direction to the concern bank is required to be issued, in this regard.
