DATE : 15th MARCH, 2021 P.C. :- The order impugned by the appellants in this appeal under section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is not maintainable as the said order is not one of the appealable order under section 37.

Ms.Mody, learned counsel for the appellants states that the Supervisor and Collector of Stamps, Mumbai has already passed an order pursuant to the order passed by this Court. The appellants would have liberty to challenge the said order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone in to the merits of the said order. All contentions of
