The Principal Secretary, Home (Appeals and Security) is requested, subject to other commitments, and if possible, to take up the Petitioner's Appeal against the impugned order dated 18th January 2018 at the earliest possible opportunity. Liberty to the Petitioner to apply to the Principal Secretary Home (Appeals and Security) for an extension of the stay, if any, of the impugned order. All submissions should be considered on their own merits. I have not considered the matter to the merits of this Petition at all and all contentions are specifically kept open.
