This Motion has been taken out for condonation of 337 days delay in filing the Appeal from Order. 2.
We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. Prakash 1 / 2 August 24, 2018
26-NMA-221-18.doc Poddar dated 2nd February 2018 in support of the Motion. He has stated that the delay was on account of the Applicant prosecuting rectification Application from the order of the Tribunal dated 29th September 2015 of the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

Ms. Gujar, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent-Revenue on instructions does not oppose the condonation Application.
