Heard learned Advocate for the Award-Holder. All these Applications are filed for execution of an Arbitration Award. The 2/3
Arbitration proceedings were moved for recovery of vehicle loan. For all these years, the Award-Holder could not serve the Award-Debtor. That is why, this Court has fixed all these matters for dismissal. 2.
There is a submission made that if the addresses of AwardDebtor are traceable, they will again move this Court along with fresh Execution Applications.
