The Chamber Summons is for condonation of delay in filing the Caveat and the Affidavit in its Support. Mr. Peri for the Applicant points out that the delay is actually of 23 days in filing the Affidavit in Support and six days in filing the Caveat. 2.

In view of the statement made in Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Summons, the delay for both the Caveat and the Affidavit

The Petition has already been directed to be renumbered as a suit in view of the order passed in Chamber Summons No. 29 of 2015. List the suit for framing issues on 20th October 2015.
