Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent who is the original Plaintiff. The Notice of Motion for condonation of delay is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent. In our view, in view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. The Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer Clause (a).
