An application is made for "Speaking to the Minutes" of an order dated 1st September, 2016. It is submitted that the Applicant was never shown the premises, as claimed by the Respondents in their affidavit in reply. Secondly, it is submitted that in the order dated 1st 1 / 2

NMA. 786-16 October, 2015 in paragraph 8, this Court directed the State Government to allot a flat to the Applicant from the backward class quota in any other building. It is submitted that in the affidavit in reply it is wrongly mentioned that the flat, which was claimed by the Applicant, was of the sale component flat.

It is not possible to accept this submission. We have, after hearing both parties, passed the order dated 1st September, 2016. It is clarified that the State Government shall, as and when flat is available from the backward class quota, allot the same to the Applicant.
