Mr.Aithe-Company Prosecutor states that pursuant to the order dated 15.4.2019, Liquidator has issued advertisement and Liquidator has received claims. Mr.Aithe also states that the applicants' affidavit of proof of debt is being adjudicated/adjudicated but unless other claims received have been considered, it will not be possible to release the money to applicant.
