None appears for the petitioner. The petitioner is seeking an appropriate writ, order and direction from this Court directing the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate to give personal hearing to the petitioner in application filed by him under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. Issue raised in this petition has been considered by us at length in group of petitions heard and decided by us vide order dated 23rd February, 2015 in Civil Writ Petition Nos. 11459/2014, 11460/2014, 239/2015, 992/2015 and 1045/2015. Almost the same grounds which were taken by the petitioners in the said group have been taken by the petitioner in this petition. In our view, for the reasons given by us in the said order dated 23rd February, 2015 this petition will also have to be disposed of. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
