He tenders a judgment and order dated 20th September, 2022 of a coordinate Bench in Writ Petition No. 2833 of 2012 (All India IDBI OfÏcers Association vs. Union of India & Ors.) with connected matters and submits that since it has been held there that no writ petition would lie against IDBI Bank Limited, the writ petition may be disposed of in the light thereof. 3.
