P.C. :- This Interim Application is filed for restoration of the petition which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Mrs. Mahadik, the learned Counsel for MCGM has vehemently opposed the application.

We have perused the averments made in the memo of the

12-ia-1090-2023.doc Interim Application. We are of the opinion, that considering the interest of justice, the application is required to be allowed. The Interim Application is allowed by following order. :ORDER:

1. The order dismissing the petition be set aside.

2. Petition is restored to the file of this Court.

3. Office objections to be removed within a period of two weeks from today.

4. If office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the petition shall stand dismissed, without further reference to the Court.

5. In the event, office objections are removed, let the petition be listed on 10th April, 2023, under the caption 'for admission'.
