Mr.Mikhail Behl i/by Vigil Juris for defendant nos.1 & 2/applicant. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 25.7.2017 P.C.:- This Chamber summons is taken out under Order-11 of the Code of Civil Procedure for discovery and inspection. It is the case of the applicant that the plaintiff did not even respond to the discovery sought and interrogatories. There is no affidavit in reply filed. Chamber summons has been lodged on 18.2.2015 and Mr.Behl for applicant states that it was served upon the plaintiff on 19.2.2015.

In the circumstances, Chamber summons allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a), (b) and (c) and accordingly disposed. Plaintiffs to comply with the directions within 15 days from today. KJ

chs383.15-15 Mr.Behl states that though directions were issued on 12.2.2015 to the plaintiffs to file their evidence affidavit as also documents along with list of documents within two weeks, the plaintiffs have not complied with the directions and suit be dismissed for want of prosecution.

Suit be listed for dismissal on 8.8.2017.
