Suit No. 607 of 2014 is not pressed against Defendant Nos. 2, 7 and 8. In view thereof, the Suit against Defendant Nos. 2, 7 and 8 is dismissed as not pressed. 2.

The learned Advocates appearing for the parties have tendered the Consent Terms dated 15 th March, 2016. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above two cross Suits, Notice of Motion No. 621 of 2016

Nitin 2 / 2 926-S-607-2014 and all Interlocutory Applications be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. It is also submitted that the orders passed earlier by this Court may stand vacated. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by Plaintiff Nos. 1 to 3 and Defendant Nos. 3, 4, 5 and the Constituted Attorney of Defendant No. 6, who are Plaintiff Nos. 1 to 4 in Suit No. 2058 of 2009. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The above two cross Suits, Notice of Motion No. 621 of 2016 and all Interlocutory Applications are disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms marked 'X'
