This notice of motion is taken out for recall of a dismissal order passed in the suit for default of appearance. That order was passed on 24 January 2017. The present notice of motion is within time. The motion has been duly served on the Defendants by substituted service in pursuance of an order passed by this court. An affidavit in proof of such service has been duly tendered by the Plaintiff. None appears for the Defendants to show cause. The notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The order of dismissal is set aside and the suit is restored to file.
