Mr. Kadam states that in accordance with the order dated 9th February 2011, the Plaintiffs have adjusted the amounts permitted
201-NMS654-11.DOC by the Copyright Board under the compulsory licenses as also in respect of voluntary licenses and no further amount remains to be adjusted. Mr. Parikh's submission, viz., that this adjustment was impermissible, is kept open to the final hearing of the Suit. 3.
With these observations, the Notice of Motion is disposed of. No order as to costs.
