It appears that the interim order dated 9th February 2011 has worked itself out. There are still some remaining claims in the Suit itself. No further order is necessary on the Notice of Motion at this stage. All contentions are expressly kept open. 2.

Mr. Kadam states that in accordance with the order dated 9th February 2011, the Plaintiffs have adjusted the amounts permitted

With these observations, the Notice of Motion is disposed of. No order as to costs.
