Heard. This is the Plaintiffs' Notice of Motion seeking discharge of the Court Receiver in view of clauses 1 to 10 of the consent minutes of the order dated 2nd March 1994. 2.

In view of what is stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

It is clarified that the Court Receiver is not required to pass accounts. The Court Receiver's Report No. 62 of 2018 is also accordingly disposed of in these terms.
