Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the petition may not be pressed and instead, the Petitioner will go for final hearing of her complaint pending before the Labour Court at Thane. The application may be disposed of by the Labour Court expeditiously. Whilst disposing of the complaint, the Labour Court shall not be influenced by the impugned orders passed by the Labour Court at Exhibit 'U-2' and the revisional order passed by the Industrial Court, which is impugned in the present petition. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of.
