This Arbitration Petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act") seeking an extension of time by a period of one year to complete the arbitral proceedings and pass a final award from 28th February, 2019. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent has fairly stated that the Respondent has no objection if the time is so extended. In these circumstances, the time to complete the arbitral proceedings and pass a final award is extended by a period of one year from 28th February, 2019. The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
