1. The Receiver confirms that both Caparo Financial Solution Ltd. and Yes Bank have given inspection of documents of title. The property is required to be sold and accordingly the Receiver is directed to take further steps since the valuation is said to be 1/2 12.crr-51-20.doc wadhwa
complete. This report need not be kept pending.
2. In the circumstances, I pass the following order; (i) Report is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). (ii) Yes Bank and Caparo Financial Solution Ltd. are directed to inform the Receiver of their claims within one week from today. (iii) In the meantime, the two leave and license agreements shall not be renewed after their term expires on 14 th November, 2022 and 24 th August, 2023.
(iv) Report is disposed in the above terms.
