By this Petition, Petitioner is seeking limited relief directing the Respondent State to consider their letter dated 29.09.2019 (Exhibit B) at page 16 of the petition on its own merits.

The learned A.G.P. for the Respondent State submits that they require three weeks time to consider the said letter and reply to the Petitioner to that effect. Same is permitted. Hence, following order is passed:
