The petitioner seeks orders in relation to adoption of male minor proposed to be adopted under Section 59(7) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 and for appropriate declarations. 2.
I have perused the petition and its enclosures including the Child study report dated 20 th October, 2019, Home study report dated 13 th 1/2 4-FAP-10-2020.doc rrpillai
October, 2016, Certification by CARA dated 2 nd January, 2020 and proof of employment of the prospective adoptive parents. The Petitioner has also submitted medical examination report of the proposed adoptive parents. The child has been declared free for adoption, as required, by the Child Welfare Committee.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the representatives of the Indian Council of Social Welfare on this video conference and I am satisfied that the adoption is in the best interest of the child.
