Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The Company undertakes to pay an amount of Rs.4,84,634/- to the Petitioner on or before 31-03-2015.

(ii) In the event of the Company failing to pay the said amount to the Petitioner on or before 31-03-2015, the above Company Petition shall without reference to this Court stand revived and allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : (a) that the Company M/s. Bolt Master (India) Pvt. Ltd., be wound up by and under the order, directions and supervision of this Hon'ble Court under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956;

cp 272 of 2014 (927).sxw (b) that the Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay, be appointed as a Liquidator of the Company, its entire assets, properties, affairs and records of the Company, lying at the Registered Office of the Company at D-1, Laghu Udyog Kendra, I.B.Patel Road, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400 063, Maharashtra, India.
