By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought an order restraining the respondent nos. 1 & 2 from taking a decision on the application of the respondent no. 3 for transferring the propoerty. Ms. Thakar, the learned counsel for the Corporation states on instructions that during the pendency of the writ petition, the application made by the respondent no. 3 was decided and the relief is granted to the respondent no. 3. The cause of action for filing the writ petition would not survive due to the subsequent development. Hence, by granting liberty to the petitioner to take up appropriate steps against the order passed in favour of the respondent no. 3, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
