Accordingly, these applications are placed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master under Rule 329 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules, before the Court, for dismissal, for want of prosecution. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicants/claimants however seeks time to take appropriate steps within two weeks from today. 3.
In the event appropriate steps are not taken within two weeks, these applications would stand disposed of with liberty to file a fresh applications as an when necessary, as may be permissible in law. 4.
