This motion seeks recall of a self operative dismissal order passed by this Court on 16 January 2014 for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, the order of 16 January 2014 is recalled and set aside and the writ petition is restored to file. Office objections to be removed by the Petitioner within two weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand rejected under the appropriate Rule, without further reference to this Court.
