By this Chamber Summons defendant nos. 1 to 3 seek condonation of delay in filing this application seeking leave to file a written statement after recalling the order passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master on 18 th July, 2017 read with order dated 25 th September, 2017.

On behalf of the plaintiff Ms. Bhansali appears and submits to order of the Court. In the circumstances, having perused contents of the affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, I am of the view that the Chamber Summons will have to be allowed. I pass the following order : (i) Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

(ii) Written statement shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today. Advance copy to be served on the Advocate for the plaintiffs.

(iii) Chamber Summons disposed in the above terms.
