Petitioner challenges an order bearing No. DMC/Spl./ Ren.15-16/42 dated 20/1/2017 passed by the Deputy Municipal Commissioner (Special), Exhibit "HHH" to the petition. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner against the impugned order. 3.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is

12-os-wp-l-575-17 submitted that since last several years the Hoarding License is being renewed. There is no case made out for cancellation of the same. 4.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we observe that the petitioner is entitled to resort to alternate remedy of filing an appeal. In case the petitioner prefers an appeal within ten days from today, we direct the concerned Authority to decide the same within four weeks from the date of filing of appeal by passing brief reasoned order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, petition stands disposed of accordingly.
