The petitioner seeks orders in relation to adoption of male minor proposed to be adopted pursuant to Sections 56 to 58 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of children) Act 2015 and for appropriate declarations in respect thereof.

Perused the petition and its enclosures including the Child study report dated 8 th January, 2020, Home study report dated 19 th January, 2018, Copy of the decision of adoption committee dated 3 rd January, 2020, Child Welfare Committee Order dated 13 th September, 2019 and Foster Care Agreement dated 21 st January, 2020 and proof of employment of the prospective adoptive parents. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the representative of the Indian Council of Social Welfare on this video conference. The Petitioner has also submitted medical examination report of the proposed adoptive parents. The child has been declared free for adoption by the Child Welfare Committee. 4.
I am satisfied that the adoption is in the best interest of the child. Accordingly, Judges order is signed separately. Undertakings are accepted.

Petition is disposed in terms of the above.
