This Motion has been taken out in the Appeal filed 1 / 2 August 30, 2018

17-NMA-267-18.doc under Section 130 of the Customs Act, 1962 challenging the order dated 1st May 2013 passed by Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (for short "the Tribunal"). 2.

This Appeal has been admitted on 25th June 2013. 3.

The only reason made out in the Affidavit in support of the Motion for fixing an early date of hearing of this Appeal is that duty involved is to the extent of Rs. 49.00 Crores. No other reason for early hearing has been made by the Applicant. 4.

We do not find that the quantum of the duty involved alone would justify this Appeal being taken out of turn for consideration.
