18 months period has expired on 8th November, 2017. No further meetings are held by the Arbitral Tribunal since then. The arbitral proceedings are at the evidence stage. The Arbitral Tribunal is granted 12 months extension from 9th November, 2017. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. Both the parties are directed to co-operate with each other and also with the Arbitral Tribunal in making an award within the extended period. It is made clear that all the contentions on merits of the matter including the contention of the respondent about the quantum of fees directed to be paid by the Arbitral Tribunal are kept open. 1/2

This Court has not expressed any views on such directions issued by the Arbitral Tribunal. It is for the respondent to agitate this issue before the Arbitral Tribunal, if not agitated so far. 3.

The arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. The petitioner is directed to convey this order to the Arbitral Tribunal for compliance.
