The Official Assignee holds certain shares that are in the name of the Insolvent. They are in physical form. They are to be converted to Demat form. A demat account will be required. For this purpose, the Official Assignee will need the services of a broker. The names of four brokers are listed in the Official Assignee's Report. All four brokers are on the panel of the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay.

The Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Official Assignee, Mr Narvekar, will select a broker from between those listed at Sr Nos. 1 and 2 of the Report to assist the Official Assignee in effecting these demat transactions. 3.
