Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder : (a) the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, be discharged on equipments being 1) Model Tata LPT 2518 Tipper bearing Engine No.IIL84030585, Chassis No.MAT448050 BOP 22388 and 2) Model Tata LPT 2518 Tipper bearing Engine No.IIL84030873, Chassis No. MAT 448050 BOP 22389 without passing of accounts and on payment of costs, charges and expenses if any, by the Petitioner; 2.
